Thus far in the last 5 months I’ve lived here, everything and everyone is straight forward and prompt. Maintenance takes ... care of you, the staff get back to you, and my neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Only issue I had upon moving in, is they require extra documents for my ESA, and were a touch rude about speaking with my therapist. After educating them on ADA policies and state laws it was not an issue. Since the complex was just purchased by a new owner as of 12.21 I cannot speak on how they will be managing the complex in the future.
