Our team inspects your apartment to ensure it is well-maintained. Additionally, we schedule the apartment to be professionally cleaned from the previous resident. Should something have been missed, we ask residents to immediately contact our office to resolve the issue. 

No, you do not need to be present for our service technician to perform work. Our team will provide notification of being in your apartment.

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance to our residents.

Residents may either submit a service request at any time using their online portal or contact our office to create a service request on their behalf. 

During office hours please contact the office if locked out of your apartment. After hours, please contact emergency maintenance, a lockout fee assessed.

Yes, we offer free surface lot parking to our residents. 

Our community is host to a wide range of amenities residents may enjoy such as a 24-Hour Laundry Facility, Swimming Pool, and is On the Bus Line.

Our pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day.

Yes, our community is pet friendly and have pet cleanup stations throughout the property for resident use. We love to see our furry residents! 

Our community provides a complete appliance package, including: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal.

No, our community does not offer furnished apartments. 

Our team strives to approve applications within 48-72 hours upon submission of a completed application.

Our community accepts online, credit card, check, or money order payments. 

Yes, we require all residents to provide proof of renter's insurance upon move-in.

Our community supports Spectrum for our internet services. 

Yes, a resident may end their lease early if needed, but an early termination fee outline in the lease agreement would be owed along with a 30-day intent to vacate notice.

Electric is set up through LG&E by either calling them at 1-800-331-7370 or by visiting their website, www.lge-ku.com. Residents will receive a monthly water and trash bill.

Utilities are not included in the rental amount.

Yes, our community is connected to the Transit Authority of River City's (TARC) bus system. 

Our community is located in the Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) district. Residents of our community attend Okolona Elementary, Thomas Jefferson Middle, and Southern High School.

From I-65 S, head south and take exit 127 toward Okolona then proceed for 1.8 miles. Merge onto Outer Loop and proceed for 1.5 miles then turn left onto Noltemeyer Wynde. Proceed for 0.3 miles then turn right onto Beechview Dr then in 300 ft, our office will be directly on the right.
